Master Ernie Johnson studied Tae Kwon Do in Korea and Thailand during the Viet Nam War.
He received his 1st Dan in the Song Moo Kwan school of Tae Kwon Do in August of 1971.
Master Johnson continued his training in the United States with several systems until he met Grandmaster Pak.
Starting as a brown belt with Moo Duk Kwon - Tang Soo Do, Master Johnson became Grandmaster Pak's #66 black belt in 1981.
Master Johnson began teaching in 1984 in Switzerland, Florida and moved his school to Mandarin in 1986.
Master Johnson tested for his 7th Dan in July 2006.

Master Nathan Alexander (6th Dan) began his martial arts journey in 1984 under the instruction of 7th Dan Master Johnson.
By 1987 he earned his 1st Dan Black Belt at the age of 10.
Once he accomplished his goal of earning a Black Belt, Master Johnson taught taught that your Black Belt is just the beginning and began training him for his future Dan tests with Master's rank as his long term goal.
Master Johnson instilled in him that to become a Master -- one must become a Master of learning and teaching.
In May of 1995, he earned his Master's rank.

Master Aaron Leedy is a 4th Dan Black Belt.
He has been taking Martial Arts from Master Johnson since 1994 and has taught classes since 1999.
He is currently attending college majoring in Psychology.
He intensely trained for his masters test in July 2007.
Master Aaron is the program director and teaches classes Monday through Friday.
